If you’re not happy with your unmodified catalog mascot, we offer a money-back guarantee. Please note: custom-made mascots are not covered by this guarantee. You must write to us within 7 days of delivery. Once the parcel has been received and checked by us, you will be reimbursed within 30 days (return postage is at the buyer’s expense). The item must be returned in its original condition (label, etc.).
