The mascot is delivered 1 day before your rental start date. It must be returned using the TNT pick-up slip supplied on delivery 1 day after use and the rental deadline.
The mascot is cleaned after each use, requiring 15 days downtime between rentals (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).

How do I care for my mascot ?
To properly care for a mascot, it’s essential to follow a few simple rules. If the mascot’s body is made of plush, you can machine-wash it cold, opting for a delicate cycle to preserve materials and colors. As for the head, it’s best to clean it gently with baby wipes or a damp cloth and a little water, avoiding excess moisture to protect sensitive parts. Mascots made from foam and lycra should never be machine-washed. Clean them by hand, in the same way as the head, gently and carefully. These simple tips will keep your mascot in perfect condition for long use.
